A mole on the body can be safely and comfortably removed in the office using local anesthesia. The area is closed with fine sutures, which are removed in two weeks to support optimal healing and minimize scarring. The removed tissue is sent for pathology to rule out malignancy; please note that the pathology fee is billed separately. Detailed wound care instructions are provided to ensure the best possible recovery and cosmetic result.
